Benoit Vatere, CEO and Founder

In his role as Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Benoit oversees the strategic vision and execution for the company. Prior to Mammoth, Benoit served as CEO and General Manager of Playhaven, a mobile gaming monetization platform that employed deep user segmentation. He was also VP of Distribution Network at search advertising company LookSmart. Benoit has co-founded two technology companies, most recently the leading optimization platform, magnify360.

Barry Blumberg, CCO

In his role as Chief Creative Officer, Barry is responsible for all content produced across Mammoth’s existing and developing platforms. Prior to Mammoth, Barry served as Defy Media’s CCO, where he was involved in the creation and expansion of the SMOSH comedy brand. Previously, Barry was president of Walt Disney Television Animation, where he oversaw more than 1,000 episodes of animation. Barry has held executive positions at several top digital entertainment companies and brings more than  20 years of content development experience to the Mammoth Media team.

Matt Turner, CTO

In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Matt leads the technical vision of the company’s products, oversees the engineering teams and manages network operations as well as quality assurance. Prior to Mammoth, Matt was CTO and Head of Product at Speek, which was named to Wall Street Journal’s Top 25 Startups of the Year, Entrepreneur Magazine's 100 Most Brilliant Companies for 2013, and PCMag's 100 Top Websites of 2013. Prior to joining Speek, Matt was the CTO of Userplane, where he helped scale platform usage to 25 million monthly active unique users across all of its partner sites.

Fei Xiao, VP Product

In her role as Vice President of Product, Fei Xiao oversees the company’s app portfolio, branding and visuals. Prior to Mammoth, Fei was Product Manager & Designer at Houseparty, a group video chat app, where she orchestrated all aspects of branding, visuals and key features. Before Houseparty, Fei was the lead designer at the lingerie startup, ThirdLove, where she redesigned the mobile and web experience from the ground up.

Peter Szabo, CRO

In his role as Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Partnerships, Peter oversees all external partnerships, revenue generation, advertising and marketing for the company. Prior to Mammoth, Peter was an SVP at Shazam, where he ran the US ad sales & global music teams. Before Shazam, Peter was a founding member of the audio sales team at Pandora. For nearly two decades, Peter has been at the intersection of technology, brands, music and monetization.

Solene Schwartz, VP Operations

In her role as Vice President of Operations, Solene oversees monetization, user acquisition and business intelligence for the company. Prior to Mammoth, Solene spent more than three years at Playhaven, where she was instrumental in leading the business intelligence team for the mobile ad network.

Talia Kocar, VP Content

In her role as Vice President of Content, Talia develops and oversees the creation of compelling content to attract and engage the next generation of consumers. Prior to her role with Mammoth Media, Talia led content development at the startup IconApps, on the Inlight app, a lifestyle content-focused virtual magazine. She also worked at Science Inc. on various businesses such as delicious.com, where she studied audiences and demographics in order to curate content experiences on a daily basis.
